Rental Condition
As the above properties are also currently offered for sale, their rental will be subject to a specific condition included in the rental agreement.
More specifically, if an agreement for the sale of the property is reached during the rental period, the tenant will be required to vacate the property within three months from the date of the sale agreement, unless the buyer wishes to maintain the lease.
This condition will be expressly stated in the rental agreement and will constitute a fundamental condition of the tenancy.
